Reflect and rehearse to create space between stimulus and response.

Let this moment be what it is without fighting or fixing.
Soften and simply allow what is.
Because what we resist, persists.
U — UNTANGLE
Step out of the stories, assumptions and projections.
Unhook yourself from the meaning your mind makes.
Step back. Zoom out.
S — SHIFT
Drop into your heart.
Shift your breath and your preferred state of being.
This is your coherence moment.
E — EMBODY
Let the aligned version of you choose the next word, the next action, the next step.
Become who you want to be more of the time.
Embrace. Experience. Enjoy.
Who's this for?

Because did you know that the quality of your experience is more up to you than you may realize?
If I want to experience more gentleness in my life, I'll have to stop getting so agitated.

If I want more ease, I may need to breathe more deeply where I usually hold my breath.

Over 40 days, we'll talk a little science, a little spirit, and weave it all together into an art - your art, my art - of how we can P.A.U.S.E. to make room for our own answers and a more evolved way of being still, spacious, calm, receptive, free, whole, sovereign, impeccable, aligned, honest, light-hearted, peaceful, healthy, happy.
40 days is a duration of transformation.
Art is creation.
P.A.U.S.E.ing is taking ownership for our experience.
Together, we create the space to continue to be the us that we love to be more of the time.

Why 40 Days of P.A.U.S.E.?
Winter invites us to slow down and to nourish our roots. Trees do it. Animals do it. The tilt of the earth allows for longer amounts of darkness to go within so that we can do it, too.
To slow down, go into stillness, into the space between thoughts, words, feelings, and actions.
This season, especially in the northern hemisphere, is a natural time of reflection and quiet preparation for what's to come.
So, the question is:
Who do you want to BE?
Who do you practice BEING every day?
Who are you going to BE this holiday season?
Who do you want to BE going into the new year?
These are questions that can't be answered by AI or your partner, friend or doctor. You can't find them "out there."
They lie in the silence and stillness of a pause.
Once you have a vision of one quality you'd like to see more of in yourself, you can more easily break limiting patterns of heartbreak and frustration.
The holidays tend to highlight these patterns - making them easier to see - through family dynamics, expectations, stress, consumption, financial pressure, disappointments.
P.A.U.S.E. gives you a way to meet all of that differently - with intention and attention.
