Who do you want to be?
This program is about giving yourself and your loved ones the most meaningful gift of all — a more balanced, emotionally intelligent, self-reflective, and loving version of you. The holidays can bring joy, but they can also stir old patterns of overdoing, overspending, and overextending. We lose ourselves to consumerism, comparison, and others’ expectations. I created 40 Days of the Art of Wholeness as a way to stay anchored in what truly matters — kindness, generosity, gentleness, celebration, compassion, and lightness. These 40 days guide us through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and into the New Year — helping us stay connected to our hearts, living from a place of coherence and calm. Together, we’ll remember the true reason for the season: being more of who we love to be as one year closes and another begins.
